    Gas and bloating

    One of the most common questions clients ask every day
    goes something like this:

    “How can I get relief from IBS (irritable bowel)? The
    daily gas, bloating, constipation and diarrhea are horrible.”

    When I say it’s a common question, I mean it…

    Because as many as 20 percent of the American adult
    population (about 1 in 5) have IBS symptoms, making it one
    of the most common conditions diagnosed by doctors.

    That 1 in 5 included me back in 1990.

    I believe I had it worse than just about anyone. It was
    so bad, it put me in the hospital for 7 solid days and
    nights. I would have died if I hadn’t been rushed to the
    hospital.

    since 1992.

    In order to REALLY get relief from IBS you have to
    understand what causes it to begin with.

    What causes IBS [Irritable Bowel Syndrome] is the same

    constantly hungry, with an increasingly wider backside by
    the day.

    But that’s not the “end” of it.

    You see, the bad bacteria in your gut LOVE acidic, sugary,
    badly combined foods. They feed like vultures and multiply
    faster than rabbits…and overpower the good bacteria in
