Their position on the body and tendency to itch is one issue but there is also the stigma placed by society on sexually transmitted diseases which can cause emotional turmoil as well.
Warts can sometimes be quite different in size with some being barely visible while others can cover large patches when individual warts grow larger and form with others growing nearby. It is worth noting that some people who contract HPV never suffer from actual visible warts but they still are infected with the virus and are just as infectious as someone who is covered in growths. For males, genital warts may be seen on the penis, under the foreskin, the top of the urethra, around the scrotum, the anus, and sometimes on the upper thighs. They may be soft and slightly raised surfaces (especially when appearing on the penis itself) or rough and firm with frond like projections (around the anus area) and can vary in color from a light pearly tone to a more dark coloring.
On women, the condition are likely to appear on the cervix, the vagina, the vulva, and around the anus. They are similar in appearance to the male warts mentioned above. If you see external warts, you should consider having a proper internal exam or a smear test. This is because these types of growths have a small chance of being benign skin tumors which are a precursor for other abnormal cells in the body that could lead to cervical cancer. Keep in mind that most vaginal warts occur without the sufferer experiencing any symptoms at all, but occasionally women may experience discomfort and bleeding after sexual intercourse.
If left untreated, genital warts can grow larger and create other medical issues, especially if you are expecting a baby. Sizable warts can lead to more problems such as pain while urinating and even obstruction when delivering your baby. There have been situations when babies have been infected with the virus during birth so it is always worthwhile to sort out your genital wart symptoms before they get out of hand. Even though they have potential to grow back after you treat them, you should always attempt to arrest their growth as soon as you become aware of the infection.

Important Information on Genital Warts
“My moles and warts have never come
back and they NEVER WILL!”
Genital warts are a Sexually Transmitted Disease which, as a virus, once caught, never leaves the human body. This doesn’t necessarily mean that you will continuously be covered in genital warts. It does mean however, that you will be prone to break out in warts at any given time, and that you will be a carrier of the virus that causes genital warts.
There is no treatment that will cure genital warts by removing the virus, but if warts are present, they can be removed in a number of ways.
The best way to prevent genital warts is to use a condom or have a monogamous relationship with a partner who is not infected. It is much easier to prevent transmission of the virus than to deal with the virus after you have caught it.
Treatment for genital warts begins with a diagnosis by your doctor. The warts are highly contagious, so if you see warts you should immediately take precautions so that you don’t spread them. This includes immediately notifying your partner.
Many times, the virus that causes the warts may remain in the body and lie dormant. There may be no warts visible but the virus may still be present. This can be a dangerous time, because infection may still occur, even though the warts aren’t visible.
So, if your doctor diagnoses you as having genital warts, be sure to discuss your options, possible genital warts treatments, and ways to prevent spreading the condition.
Genital Warts Treatment and the Immune System
There are a variety of methods used to treat genital warts. Some of the most popular genital wart treatments include taking medication, freezing the warts, or using laser surgery. Some people who have HIV infection or a lowered immune system may find that they will need a longer course of treatment. The type of treatment that is best for you will depend upon conditions such as the amount of warts and where the warts are located.
Genital warts may also lead to problematic pap smears, so it is very important that women see their gynecologists immediately if they suspect they may have genital warts.
Genital Warts: The Virus
Unfortunately, even if you have genital warts surgically removed, you can’t remove the Human Papillomavirus that will remain in your body. This can cause risk to pregnant women, and if warts are present during the time of birth, a cesarean section may be recommended to prevent infecting the baby with the warts. Again, it is vitally important to consult with your physician regarding all possible forms of treatment.
Its important to remember that the virus that causes genital warts will remain in your body, regardless of which treatment you use. The key is to continue treatment, and to follow the advice of your doctor.
As with all sexually transmitted diseases, prevention is often thought of after the fact. If you have contracted genital warts, help avoid the spread of the disease by spreading the word about condom use. Be part of the solution, not the problem, when it comes to genital warts.

“My moles and warts have never come
back and they NEVER WILL!”There are a variety of sources that can teach you how to get rid of warts. However, these are not created equal. You will need to make a careful and calculated decision about what presents itself as the best solution to the question – how to get rid of warts. There are different forms of treatment available today that can help you get rid of warts. Before we get into that, we need to see what warts are.
A wart is generally a small, rough growth typically on hands and feet. Warts are caused by an infection, specifically by HPV – Human Papilloma Virus. Some scientists believe that warts are also caused by stress, although there is no study that has provided any evidence to this being true. Warts generally disappear in a few months but some last for years and can return if not treated completely. Not all warts are contagious, but the ones that are can spread very quickly. You need to completely get rid of warts, not just suppress them.
The different treatments made available by the medicinal world today are:
* Imiquimod – a topical cream that
helps the body fight the wart virus through interferon production.
* Candida injections at the site of
the wart, which also stimulate the body’s immune system to help beat
the virus.
* Cryosurgery – which involves
freezing the wart, after which the wart and surrounding dead skin
falls off by itself. Only 50% success rate is reported, and the wart
returns in 80% of the cases that were completely healed (seemingly).
* Cryosurgery followed by surgically
removing the infected spot. High success rate, but the wart still returns in 50% of the cases.
* Treatment with chemical compounds containing salicylic acid, blistering agents, immune system modifiers, or formaldehyde. Potentially dangerous, and the success rate is an abysmal 30%.
* Laser treatment – Extremely expensive, but success rate of
85%.As is clear, these treatments have a number of flaws and I personally don’t recommend these as a good way to get rid of warts. They are expensive, not very effective, and are unable to completely remove the warts permanently.
Over the counter medications are available, but they are not even as effective as the treatments explained above, and can also be costly in the long run.
The third, and in my eyes, the best option is using natural treatments that are guaranteed to quickly eliminate warts for good. Some of the best solutions are detailed in the book – Get Rid Of Warts Naturally And Quickly!. The best part about natural treatments is that they are safe, effective, cheap, and you know what you’re putting into yourself as opposed to a lot of the medication available today.
I think the best option to use in your quest to get rid of warts is rather obvious once the stats of the different treatments are listed clearly.
Hopefully, this will help you successfully understand how to get rid of warts!

“My moles and warts have never come
back and they NEVER WILL!”Read this Article to know the most of the Home Remedies for Warts which are especially recommended by users. First we will discuss about Warts.
Warts are skin-coloured, uneven lumps (non-cancerous) on the skin. They mostly appear on the hands and feet. Their look depends on where they erupt on the body and how thick the skin is.
Thus, they are skin infections caused by viruses of the human papillomavirus (HPV) family. The HPV virus causes a hard protein called keratin in the top layer of the skin (the epidermis) to grow too much, producing the rough, hard texture of a wart.
They can affect any area of the body. Warts are usually painless with the exception of the warts on the soles of the feet.
Warts are more common in kids than in adults. They are usually painless and harmless, and often clear up by themselves, although treatment can help to get rid of them more quickly.
Types of warts include:
* common warts – mostly found on fingers, hands, knees, and elbows, where the skin has been broken. These are also called “seed” warts because the blood vessels to the wart produce black dots that look like seeds.
* filiform warts – these have a finger-like shape, are usually flesh-colored, and often grow on or around the mouth, eyes, or nose.
* flat warts – also called juvenile warts. They tend to grow in large numbers – 20 to 30 at a time. Most people who get flat warts have them on their faces, but they can also grow on arms, knees, or hands.
* plantar warts – found on the bottom of the foot (known as verruca). They can be very uncomfortable – like walking on a small stone.
* genital warts – sometimes called venereal warts, are contracted through sexual contact. They’re spread by direct, skin-to-skin contact during vaginal, anal, or oral sex with an infected person.
Warts Symptoms:
Symptoms of common warts include:
1) Small, fleshy bumps
2) Flesh-colored or whitish, pink or tan
3) Rough to touch
Warts may occur singly or in clusters. They often contain one or more tiny black dots, which are sometimes called wart seeds, which are actually small, clotted blood vessels. Young adults and children appear to be affected most often.
Are warts contagious?
Yes. Warts are very contagious. The skin cells in warts release thousands of viruses, so close skin-to-skin contact can pass on the infection. It is also possible to get warts from using towels or other objects that were used by an infected person.
The time from the first contact with an infected person to the time the warts have grown large enough to be seen is often several months. The risk of catching hand, foot, or flat warts from another person is however small.
People with a weak immune system are more likely to get infected.
Often warts disappear on their own, although it may take many months, or even years, for the warts to go away. However, some warts won’t go away on their own.How to get rid of Warts
Warts need to be treated, as they can turn out to be inconvenient. They can bleed and cause pain, and can be awkward, if they grow on your face. Treatment decreases the chance that they will be spread to other areas of your body or to other people.
Warts are treated depending on the age of the patient and the type of wart.
Do not try any home remedies or over-the-counter drugs to remove warts on the genital area. One shouldn’t treat warts on the face without taking advice from the doctor first.Common warts in young children can be treated at home by applying salicylic acid gel or solution. Treatment should be stopped at least temporarily if the wart becomes sore.
For adults, cryotherapy (freezing) is preferred. Repeat treatments at intervals of one to three weeks are necessary.
Electrosurgery (burning) is another good alternative treatment.
Laser treatment is a recent technique used for stubborn warts that have not responded to other therapies.
In case of foot warts, the dermatologist may recommend a change in footwear to reduce pressure on the wart and ways to keep the foot dry since moisture tends to allow warts to spread. If once treated, do warts recur?
Most of the time, treatment of warts on the skin is successful and the warts are permanently gone. The body’s immune system usually gets rid of any tiny bits of wart that may have remained after a wart has been treated.
Genital warts are more dangerous as they are likely to come back. This is so, as there’s no cure for the virus that causes them and because warts are more difficult to control in a moist environment.
Preventive steps to avoid getting warts or get rid of wartsTo reduce the risk of getting a wart -
* Avoid touching other people’s warts.
* Do not scratch a wart as this may spread the infection to other parts of the body.
* Avoid sharing towels or other personal items with an infected person.
* Do not share shoes or socks with someone who has a foot wart.
* If you have a wart on your hand, you should wear gloves if you are using common equipment.
